Instructions to Presenters

For reasons of uniformity please adhere to the following instructions:

Oral Presentations

Oral presentations of Master and PhD students are limited to 15 min in total (including 3 min for questions and short discussions)

Oral presentations of Post-Doctoral Researchers are limited to 20 min in total (including 3 min for questions and short discussions)

The slides of all presenters must be prepared in English, although the talk can be either in English or Greek

Poster Presentations

Posters must be prepared exclusively in English.

The poster size must fit to A0 size (portrait with dimensions 841 mm x 1189 mm).
